By accessing and using Roamio's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Roamio provides eSIM (embedded SIM) services for mobile connectivity across multiple countries and regions.

Our services include eSIM activation, data plans, customer support, and related telecommunications services.

Service availability and coverage may vary by location and are subject to local network operator agreements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and purchase processes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

You must not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems.

You are responsible for all data usage charges and fees associated with your eSIM plan.

All fees are charged in USD unless otherwise specified and are non-refundable except as required by law.

You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.

If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your service until payment is received.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges related to your use of our services.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the eSIM fails to activate due to technical issues on our end.

Roamio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for service interruptions.

You acknowledge that mobile connectivity depends on third-party network operators beyond our control.

We are not responsible for data loss, privacy breaches, or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including payment obligations and limitation of liability.

Terminated accounts may result in forfeiture of unused service credits or data allowances.
